Why pricing varies

Every pet is one-of-a-kind — the price reflects that.

  • Size

    A 10-lb Yorkie and a 70-lb golden need very different amounts of time, water, shampoo, and styling.

  • Coat Condition

    Heavy mats, tangles, or extra-long coats take more time and care — we never rush a comb-out.

  • Disposition

    Anxious or sensitive pets get extra patience and breaks — we’d rather take longer than push.

Pricing depends on your pet’s size, coat condition, and how comfortable they are during grooming. We give you a clear quote in person or on the phone — no surprises at pickup.

Do you charge extra for matted fur?

De-matting is charged in 15-minute blocks at $15 each. Heavily matted coats may require a shorter cut for your pet’s comfort — we’ll discuss the best option before starting.

What payment do you accept?

Cash, debit, and major credit cards. Tips appreciated — never required.

Do you offer discounts for repeat visits?
